holds two Master’s degrees—one in Public Administration and
another in Human Resource Management—and is a certified
Senior HR Professional (SHPR). Brittley specializes in aligning HR
strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experiences,
and driving critical employee relations interventions through data-
driven and inclusive practices.

Her career spans government, non-profit, and corporate sectors,
where she has honed expertise in strategic planning, change
management, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and
Belonging) initiatives. Brittley has led transformative efforts in
performance management, developed DEIB programs to boost
engagement, and ensured compliance with complex regulations.
